Our vineyard uses organic practices in the growing of our grapes and in producing
our wine. We utilize a solar system for heating the pool, hot water and radiatant floor heat;
photovoltaic cells produce the energy consumed on the Estate.
A bride published an extremely derogatory Web Site concerning her perceived experience
at our venue. We have ignored this for over a year; now we feel it is very important
for interested couples to understand the situation from our viewpoint.
